I'm single and ready to mingle- Cardi B confirms separation from husband


Rapper Cardi B has confirmed that she has split from her husband, Offset, according to an Instagram Live session.

Cardi B addressed the rumors of her separation during the live session on Sunday, December 11. She said that she didn't think the accusations made by rapper Blueface against Offset were true. However, she also shared that she had been separated from Offset "for a minute now".

Cardi B said that she wasn't afraid to confirm the separation, but she just didn't know how to tell the world. She added that she felt like today was a sign to do so. She revealed: "The last time I got on live, I wanted to tell you guys but I didn't know how to tell you. So I changed my mind."

The rapper said that she and Offset had been "like this for a minute now" and that she was looking forward to a "fresh start" in 2024. She added: "I just wanna start 2024 like fresh. I don't know but I'm curious for a new life; a new beginning."

This is the second time that Cardi B and Offset have separated. They first split in 2018 but reconciled in June 2019. They share a daughter, Kulture, who is 3 years old.

Cardi B and Offset have been married since 2017. They are one of the most popular couples in the music industry.
