Breaking: Tinubu presents 2024 national budget November 29 President Bola Tinubu will unveil the projected figures and estimates for the 2024 budget before a joint session of the National Assembly on Wednesday Secretary, Research and Information at the National Assembly, Dr Ali Barde Umoru, made confirmation of the budget presentation to journalists while requesting for list of those to be allowed into the chamber. Ondo: Why Aiyedatiwa was asked to write resignation letter – Speaker The Speaker of the Ondo state House of Assembly, Rt Hon Olamide Oladiji, has given the reason behind the resignation letter which the deputy governor of the state, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa, was asked to write. Oladiji made the clarification while speaking at the plenary. According to him, the aforesaid move was a condition to halt Aiyedatiwa’s impeachment. Recall that the speaker, including other personalities in the state, met with President Bola Tinubu at the villa last week. Reeling out the resolutions reached at the meeting, the speaker added that three enforcers, including the State chairman of APC, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, the Speaker of the State of House of Assembly, Rt. Hon.
